Prime IV Hydration & Wellness Flemington was created to bring medically supervised IV therapy, wellness support, and a more convenient care experience to the local community. Founded by sisters Anna Marie Fisher and Maggie Golotowski, the spa was built with both personal experience and community need in mind.

Why Prime IV Opened in Flemington

Anna Marie Fisher has called Flemington home for more than 30 years, making Prime IV Flemington a truly local business with deep roots in the area. The idea for opening the spa grew from personal experience after Anna Marie discovered IV therapy as a practical solution for severe migraines—something that brought relief but was otherwise only accessible through lengthy and costly emergency room visits.

Recognizing that this type of support was not readily available in the area, Anna Marie and her sister Maggie saw an opportunity to bring a needed service to Central New Jersey. Their goal was to create a wellness space that could serve not only people dealing with health challenges, but also athletes, busy parents, and older adults looking for hydration, immune support, and overall wellness.

Ownership Background

Anna Marie Fisher is originally from East Orange, New Jersey, and moved to Hunterdon County in 1994. She is a graduate of Kean University with a Bachelor of Science in Management Science. Her professional background includes six years in the pharmaceutical industry with Sandoz, Inc. and 25 years in medical sales with ArjoHuntleigh, where she worked with hospitals across New Jersey providing medical beds, therapeutic support surfaces, and DVT compression devices.

That background in healthcare-adjacent services, combined with her entrepreneurial drive and personal experience with IV therapy, helped shape the vision for Prime IV Flemington as a medically guided wellness destination built around both safety and real-world value.

Our Medical Team

Prime IV Flemington is supported by an experienced nursing team and a reliable operational staff that has helped shape the spa since day one. The core team includes Sandy, Office Manager; Stephane Soden, full-time Lead RN; and Kristina Migliore, part-time Lead Nurse. Weekend operations are supported by Jessica Fisher, Toni Ann Beyer, and returning original team member Danielle Hubbard.

All nurses on the Prime IV Flemington team are Registered Nurses (RNs), and treatments are RN administered in a medically supervised environment. Safety, professionalism, and guest comfort remain central to the experience.
